This works for most ADHOC service. Once we receive your PO, we start to deliver you quality IT service. You may make the payment in 30 days credit term. POBS model can be always switched over to SFMB.

SFMB

A master agreement is signed between client and BROCENT to govern the service sites, SLA, Escalation, Rate etc. A monthly service report and invoice will be  issued, while payment can be made within credit term.

PBB

A senior consultant works with you on technical design, plan and implementation. BROCENT provides project based quote and invoice.

APB

For most managed IT service client, they may purchase prepaid bulk hours IT service to cover the daily IT operation and those expense from regular IT projects.
