BROCENT operates IT service satellite site in Kuala Lumpur supporting enterprise clients and hardware maintenance service in data center. In KL, local team also support Ekahau wireless survey.
BROCENT mainly delivers the call-out and FTE service for major client's local data center in Manila. Most team members there support the EUC and Network Level 1 support.
In Vietnam, BROCENT delivers the managed IT support model - Network Maintenance, Server administration, Cloud service migration &support and professional service. 7 team members (Prince, CCNP certified) are support the key accounts.
There are 6 team members in Bangkok, Thailand, and they are supporting mainly network installation, and server administration &break-fix in the data center. All members speak good English and they are MCSE and CCNA certified since 2018
A satellite office sits in Jakarta. BROCENT has 3 certified engineers supporting Professional Service (e.g., EKAHAU survey) and server hardware maintenance in the local data centers since 2018.
Beiijng office hosts the first employee since 2007. Beijing as regional service hub supporting all onsite and managed service in Northern China.

HONG KONG office was established in 2016. Currently 15+ team members there delivers the professional service, network maintenance and L1 EUC support to most FSI and F500 clients.
BROCENT operates IT service satellite site in Taipei and KAOHSIUNG. Local team delivers the onsite EUC support, network administration service and high quality structure cabling service.
