Today is the last memorable day in 2014. Before the first sunshine day in 2015, we hereby thank you for all your support to Brocent.
Brocent has made tremendous effort of his overall IT service delivery system in 2014, and built up the MSP Network Monitoring Platform(NOC), Remote Technical Support Platform(RTS) and Cloud based Help Desk System, based on which more IT services can be delivered 7x24 confidently by our online/offline technical teams and the partner network. And this is the practice of our " Platform + Service " vision, and indeed it successfully makes the benefit of lowering the total cost of ownership for the customers, and uplifts the customer satisfactory experience.
In 2014, Brocent also flattened his organization structure, and furthermore optimized the efficiency of service delivery throughout his IT Service Delivery Centers in C-North, C-East and C-South. We also strengthened the management of Partner Network to guarantees the delivery of Quality IT Service.
In the coming 2015, Brocent will continuously execute the " Platform + Service by Heart ", and more IT service product will be delivered which includes but not limited to Cloud service (Office 365, AWS etc), Hybrid Cloud service and traditional IT infrastructure service. Moreover, customers can also experience all new functions in Brocent " Cloud Service Market ", which is the evolution of our One Stop IT Service.
In the coming 2015, more national-wide human resource policies will be published by government, and overall salary &social benefit shall be increased much, especially for traditional IT service providers. All such increase shall NOT be the new burden of customers, instead shall be balanced by the model and methodology of IT managed service powered by "Platform + Service by Heart". This is the way nowadays, and definite trend in the future.
There are so many changes Yesterday and Tomorrow, but Today Brocent only wants to express our best wish to you and your families for Happiness and Prosperous in the year of Monkey in 2015!!
