Thanks to the customers’ support and team’s effort, BROCENT (IT Managed Service Provider) steps closer to the business target in 2017. As of December 2107, BROCENT has accomplished the 4689 dispatching service in 56 cities and countries that includes China mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Vietnam and Singapore. All service are categorized into Desktop Support Service (DSS), Data Center Support (DCS), Deployment Smart Hand (DSH) and Professional Project Support (PPS). Throughout the decentralized IT service delivery team in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong, the unified service management system measures and controls the service delivery process, standard and quality in the whole life cycle of each service request. 

 In 2018, BROCENT will concentrate on Service Operation Team’s management, that will spur to go live the Resource Management Platform (RMP). This will uplift the efficiency on the management over resource identification, allocation, dispatching, tracking and communication. Furthermore, RMP will also extend the managed IT service delivery capability for existing and upcoming customers (less than 100 users), that supports customers to transform the client’s existing IT service delivery model and expenditure model, and make them more manageable and flexible. Service Coverage is also part of business plan to strengthen the localization and the inter-zone’s collaboration, and provide the state-of-art service delivery quality with single point of contact (SPOC).
