First Line Desktop Support - Hong Kong - Immediate Start - USD 5,000 - 7,500
BROCENT Hong Kong are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Desktop Support Technician for a full time engagement based in Hong Kong. My client, a large France based IT Solutions Company is looking for talented and enthusiastic IT professionals who are looking to develop their IT experience in a customer facing support environment.
Responsibilities within first line support include:
* Providing 1st line technical support for hardware and software issues
* Evaluating customer requirements and offering relevant support or escalation
* Ensure all tickets are dealt with in a timely manner
* Working to my clients SLA's to resolve technical issues minimising business impact
* Have a professional and thorough approach to support through regular client updates.
Knowledge of the following:
- Desktop PC's and Operating systems (Windows XP / Windows 7)
- Networking and firewalls
- Server support - in particular Small Business Server 2003/8 and server 2003/8, Exchange 2003/7/10
- Anti-virus software and Network Security
