ZHANG JIE, Business Partner (2011-now). Before working in Brocent, he worked as the IT Manager in Veolia for seven years(2005-2011), and worked as IT Support Engineer in Terra for 4 years(2001-2005).

He is technical background. He gained the MBA degree in the UIBE-Sorbonne II program. Currently he is responsible for Account Management in APAC, leading the team to achieve the target of customer excellency.

XUE JING, HR manager. She is responsible for corporate HR management, Partner resource management and Resource Training Program. With 10+ years working experience in the international environment, she is now leading the HRM team to support business IT service delivery. 

AI QI, Help Desk(GSD) Supervisor. He is responsible for ITSM incidents and request management in APAC. His team is dedicating to support on service request, spare part management, tickets dispatching, EUC Level 1 remote support and service governance 24 x 7. His dedication eases the customer's concerns on technical and communication aspects.

 

Lijian YU, Chief Operation Officer (2015-now). Before working in Brocent, Lijian worked in CSC responsible for management of service delivery and Big Data Business.

L.J is expertise in Asial IT service delivery and the managed IT service business operation. With more than 20 years' working experience, L.J now is focusing on Innovative IT solutions for Small and Medium Size Enterpises, responsible for R&D of "Platform + Service" with Brocent organization.

YU YANG, Transition Service Officer. He is responsible for service delivery management in the project transition period of time. He leads his team to streamline and standardize the technical knowledge, process and technical transformation, and delivers 24 x 7 Level 3 support in APAC.

LIU FU KUN, Resource Management and Bill Officer. He is responsible for human resource management in the areas of resource discovery, qualification, assessment, training and bill related business.F.K is experience on technical evaluation and business process management. His expertise extends the APAC service delivery capability and enhances the service quality on HRM projects.

 

LIU XING, Account Manager for North China (2012-now). Before working in Brocent, Wilson worked in different positions managing the service desk and service quality control in Service One.

He is veteran with 15+ Years' project management experience makes the customers peace mind. With the innovative IT service offering, Wilson successfully helps the regional customers with the cost effective IT solutions, and Grows with customers by saving their CAPEX and OPEX.

BAI YIMIN, Account Manager responsible for International customer on IT Service Management. His technical expertise are the IT things in IT architecture design, IT security enhancement, and IT managed service delivery. Over 10 years experience brings value to the client.
